Who I Am & What I Offer
I'm Luke — a Doctor of Osteopathy, a lover of movement, and someone who believes that strength, mobility, and self-understanding are at the heart of healing.
My journey into rehabilitation didn’t begin in a classroom — it began with pain.
After multiple surgeries and life-altering injuries in my early 20s, I was forced to stop playing sport and exercising — two things that had always been my therapy. That loss led me to search deeply for ways to heal, and over time, I rebuilt my body through years of study, experimentation, and persistence.
Through osteopathy, strength and conditioning, yoga, and structured rehabilitation, I developed a personal system of recovery rooted in movement, resilience, and daily practice. Alongside physical therapy, I explored the deeper layers — including nutrition, sleep, nature connection, and mental health — and discovered a more holistic path to wellness.
Today, I’m an active rock climber, long-distance runner, powerlifter, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor — living a full life, happy and pain-free. I now help others do the same.
I work with people in pain, people who’ve lost trust in their bodies, and people who want to return to confident movement. My approach is tailored and integrative — combining osteopathy with strength training, mobility work, breath, and education to empower you to become the mechanic of your own body.
I’m also currently studying a degree in psychotherapy to deepen my understanding of healing from the inside out. And my journey has taken me far beyond the clinic — I spent two years travelling through Latin America, where I took part in indigenous healing ceremonies in the desert, jungle, and mountains. Those experiences led me to study Celtic shamanism back home in Ireland — bringing an even deeper respect for the emotional and spiritual layers of pain and recovery.
This is what I offer:
Not just treatment, but transformation.
Not just symptom relief, but a return to strength, movement, and freedom — for life.
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

What is Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on approach to healthcare, focusing on the relationship between the body's structure and function.
Luke uses his expertise in anatomy, physiology, and clinical evaluation to accurately diagnose and treat the root cause of pain, rather than just managing symptoms. His treatments are designed to enhance joint mobility, muscle function, nerve health, and circulation, promoting long-term recovery. By addressing imbalances and restrictions in the body, he helps restore natural movement patterns and prevent future injuries. With a holistic approach to healing, Luke tailors each treatment plan to suit individual needs, ensuring optimal results and overall well-being.

Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy uses gentle hands-on techniques to restore balance in the body, ease pain, and improve movement. It treats joints, muscles, and the nervous system together for better long-term health.
Spinal Manipulation
Spinal adjustments help improve mobility and relieve pressure from tight or restricted joints. This technique is often used for low back, neck, and posture-related pain.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets tight or painful muscles by releasing tension and improving blood flow. It’s an effective method for pain relief and restoring natural muscle function.
Massage
Massage therapy reduces tension, improves circulation, and supports faster recovery. It’s ideal for stress relief, muscle soreness, and ongoing maintenance of your physical well-being.
Sports Injuries
Whether you’re active or returning from injury, we support your recovery with hands-on care and movement guidance tailored to your goals—no matter your fitness level.
