Hip Pain Course

Hip pain can stem from joint issues, muscular imbalances, overuse, or referred pain from the lower back. It may present as stiffness, aching, or sharp pain during movement or rest. Often affecting mobility and posture, hip pain can interfere with everyday activities. Targeted strength work, mobility exercises, and hands-on therapy can play a key role in relief and recovery.

Hip pain makes life smaller. It affects your walking, lifting, training, sleep, even how you sit or drive. It narrows your world — slowly, quietly — until you don’t trust your own body to carry you anymore.

This six-session course is designed to fix that. It helps you not only reduce pain but address the root cause of the issue, whether it’s instability, muscular imbalance, poor movement mechanics, or years of compensation building up silently beneath the surface.

We’ll combine osteopathy, strength and conditioning, and yoga-based mobility in a structured process to restore fluid, confident movement in your hips and pelvis. We’ll retrain how your hips load, move, and stabilize — rebuilding strength where it matters most.

I’ll also draw on my background in nutritional science, sleep science, and my ongoing psychotherapy training to look at the broader picture. Stress, inflammation, poor recovery, and emotional holding patterns all contribute to chronic hip issues, and we’ll work holistically to clear those out.

This isn’t about short-term relief. It’s about returning to your body with trust. You’ll learn how to become the mechanic of your own hips, able to manage, protect, and strengthen them for the long haul.

By the end of six sessions, you’ll move with more freedom, stability, and confidence, on the mats, on the trail, in your training, and in your life.

Imagine walking tall, sleeping deeply, lifting freely. That’s what this course helps you reclaim

"I went to Luke for assistance with an ongoing hip injury I had been experiencing for a number of months. Due to time constraints, I was only able to attend two appointments with Luke. During these two appointments, the issue was clearly diagnosed, a detailed excerise plan was outlined to address the causes of the hip problem and I was given a clear plan of action for the coming weeks and months. I would highly recommend Luke as he was extremely professional, detailed and efficient at his work."
