Knee Pain Course

Knee pain is a common issue that can result from injury, overuse, poor biomechanics, or underlying conditions like arthritis. It can affect daily movement, training, or sport performance. Whether it’s a dull ache, sharp pain, or instability, identifying the root cause is key. Strengthening, mobility work, and targeted treatment can help restore function and reduce discomfort.

Knee pain doesn’t just affect your joint, it takes away your trust in your own body.
When your knees don’t feel stable, every step, squat, or jump can create fear. Over time, movement itself becomes intimidating.
I’ve seen it firsthand, and I’ve helped many people rebuild that trust and reclaim the confidence to move freely again.

This six-session course is designed to fix the root cause of knee pain, not just treat symptoms. We’ll rebuild the strength, mobility, and balance around the knee, restore proper movement patterns, and recondition your body so your knees can trustfully do their job again, without fear or hesitation.

Through a tailored combination of osteopathy, strength and conditioning, and yoga-based mobility work, I’ll guide you step-by-step through a structured process to unlock stronger, more stable knees.
And because pain isn’t just physical, I also integrate knowledge from nutritional science, sleep science, and my current degree training in psychotherapy, helping you address the full picture of recovery, from inflammation to mindset.

You’ll learn how to become the mechanic of your own body, understanding exactly how to maintain healthy, strong knees for the long term.

By the end of your six sessions, you’ll move more confidently, squat more comfortably, and trust your knees again, whether you’re lifting, running, hiking, or simply living your life without fear.

Imagine moving without second-guessing yourself.
Imagine feeling strong, stable, and fearless again.
That’s what this course is built to achieve.

I attended Luke’s clinic on a recommendation from a friend. My knee was weak and had begun to cause difficulty on stairs – the pain was constantly increasing. Luke gradually introduced me to a series of exercises and I can now really feel an improvement in my leg strength and lower frame flexibility. On my first visit I couldn’t do one supported lunge properly and now I’m confident doing ten at a time unaided. Already planning a walking holiday in Scotland."
