Sports Injuries

Luke has a special interest in sports injuries. Throughout his life, Luke has had a deep love of sport due to its therapeutic value for physical and mental health and the sense of community it fosters. He has experience and competence in a wide range of sports from playing a high level of competitive rugby, an accomplished martial artist with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and several medals in both from competing, multiple marathon finisher and adventure sports enthusiast such as surfing around the world and rock-climbing throughout Europe.
With this eclectic range of sporting experience and working with athletes in both a therapeutic and strength and conditioning setting, from Ironman finishers to competitive table-tennis players and everything in between, he has a deep understanding of the requirements to maintaining the body for these activities.

    Services

    Osteopathy

Osteopathy uses gentle hands-on techniques to restore balance in the body, ease pain, and improve movement. It treats joints, muscles, and the nervous system together for better long-term health.

    Spinal Manipulation

Spinal adjustments help improve mobility and relieve pressure from tight or restricted joints. This technique is often used for low back, neck, and posture-related pain.

    Dry Needling

Dry needling targets tight or painful muscles by releasing tension and improving blood flow. It’s an effective method for pain relief and restoring natural muscle function.

    Massage

Massage therapy reduces tension, improves circulation, and supports faster recovery. It’s ideal for stress relief, muscle soreness, and ongoing maintenance of your physical well-being.

    Sports Injuries

Whether you’re active or returning from injury, we support your recovery with hands-on care and movement guidance tailored to your goals—no matter your fitness level.

    Strength & Conditioning

This approach builds physical resilience, reduces injury risk, and improves posture. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to move better, feel stronger, and stay active long-term.
