Luke has spent years working as both a Personal Trainer and S&C Coach from helping older clients that simply want to lose weight and strengthen their body to elite, competitive athletes. He has been trained by some of the best S&C coaches in the world while attending UKSCA modules.
Luke believes that physical exercise is a massive component of holistic health. Knowing how to create tailored programmes and teach correct exercises to strengthen and mobilise different parts of the body is essential for physical wellbeing.
